I
just wanted some coffee with a just a bit of sugar,
maybe a croissant. Didn't do it for the chatting or
the cruising. I'd take a look at the bad news in the
paper and get rid of the cronic laziness of my dawns.
I swear I just wanted some coffee. But I saw you.
Who would imagine that morning, in that café,
the miraclous coincidence of my stepping into the
same place you were? Who would imagine your eyes would
notice me? I swear I just wanted some coffee. But
I saw you.
Then
you changed my life, my pace, my space, my time, my
histoy, my dreams; everything.
Now I have a new smaile, new postures, a little dwarf,
a couple of ghosts, and this love for you.
And I swear I only wanted some coffee. But I saw you. |
